Leaders in the group must suggest concepts, decide on paths to follow or stir the group toward an outcome. It will take more than one strong leader to put everything together as there are multiple tasks that need to be completed simultaneously. Leaders must also learn to delegate tasks. Doing everything yourself never works!

Brings colleagues together and upon completion will generate a sense of achievement that will be remembered around the office for a long time to come.
