PUZZLE BASED MYSTERY GAMES TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE

Example Scenario

Imagine a team-building event where participants are divided into small groups. Each group is given a set of clues and a mystery to solve. Throughout the game, they must interact with each other, share information, and collaboratively solve the mystery. This setup encourages team collaboration, enhances communication, and fosters a sense of camaraderie.

Mystery games are not only a great way to develop essential workplace skills but also to create a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved.

ACCOMMODATION

This is and example of a team of 70 players would look like. The game will accommodate teams of up to 100 players every 2 hours.

MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES

We provide all materials and supplies for the games. You provide table and chairs that are on site already.

This pricing is for the greater Moncton area. Anything further than 25 km has a $100 surcharge.

Here’s how they can be used to strengthen teams:

  • Your team must evaluate the puzzles at hand and discuss which is the best course of action.

  • Things are not always as they seem. Your creative genius will reveal what is hidden to others. This is where that part of your brain that is known for suggesting absurd ideas is set free and will be rewarded.

  • You must solve difficult clues and puzzles as a team within a tight time constraint. As the time runs out, your team will feel pressure and only the select few will be able escape.

  • Leaders in the group must suggest concepts, decide on paths to follow or stir the group toward an outcome. It will take more than one strong leader to put everything together as there are multiple tasks that need to be completed simultaneously. Leaders must also learn to delegate tasks. Doing everything yourself never works!

  • Brings colleagues together and upon completion will generate a sense of achievement that will be remembered around the office for a long time to come.

  • Those who escape have to practice positive thinking and never give up no matter how much time is left. The majority of groups that escape do so with seconds on the clock!

  • There are multiple solutions for various puzzles in the room.

  • Most important of all, your team must work together. Each puzzle was made for different kinds of intelligence so someone may find one puzzle easy while another finds it impossible. Your team is the key to your way out, so make the most of it!
